Well, I have lost 5.2 pounds since I started my weight loss journey, and I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but its not good enough! I want to go further. I am loving Myfitnesspal- the iphone app that allows me to track all of my exercise and calories taken in (as well as connect with my friends who are on a similar journey) but now I am crushing on this ultra cool bracelet by jawbone, that tracks all of your physical movement, including sleep, & physical activity (built in pedometer). It links to an app on your phone called UP- so that you can keep up with it all and add your intake of calories as well. The bracelet itself is low profile, but looks very cool with its sleek simple design. Check it out!
